For Pros

The homes you work on, documented properly

Realtors, property managers, and contractors all touch the same house and all rebuild the same context from scratch — Domicile gives each of them a scoped way in, a portfolio view of the homes they’re responsible for, and a Passport that turns a shoebox of manuals into one link.

Who It’s For

Three jobs, one home record

Everyone who works on a house needs a different slice of it. Domicile hands out slices, not master keys.

Realtors

Show up at closing with the whole record instead of a shoebox of manuals, and track how complete each listing’s Passport is from one workspace.

Property Managers

Keep maintenance schedules, documents, and contractors per property, and give staff access to the properties they actually run.

Contractors

Get invited to the rooms, projects, and documents the job needs — with the appliance history already logged before you arrive.

Pro Workspace

Every home you’re responsible for, on one screen.

The Pro workspace is a portfolio view: the homes you own or have been invited to, with each one’s Passport completeness in front of you instead of buried in a folder.

  • Portfolio of listings and managed properties
  • Passport completeness on every home
  • Jump straight into any home you’ve been granted
  • Unlimited homes on the Pro plan

The workspace is a record and reporting surface — not an MLS, a CRM, or a transaction system.

Scoped Invites

Access that ends when the job does.

Owners invite contractors, realtors, and property managers to specific areas of the home with view or edit rights, and pull those grants back the day the work wraps.

  • Invite by role — contractor, realtor, property manager
  • View or edit rights, granted area by area
  • Revoke any invite the moment the job ends
  • Vault secrets stay behind a fresh identity check

Scoped contractor and realtor invites start on Premium at $9/mo.

Passport At Closing

Hand over the house, not a drawer full of paper.

A Home Passport is a scoped link covering blueprints, finishes, warranties, manuals, maintenance history, contractors, and codes — the differentiator you bring to a listing appointment.

  • One link instead of a folder of PDFs
  • Scoped, so the seller chooses what it shows
  • Codes rotate the moment the home transfers
  • Sent by the owner, when the owner decides

Transfer is manual by design. Domicile does not hook into your closing, title company, or MLS.

Questions

What pros ask first

Which plan do I need?

Pro at $24/mo, which adds the workspace, property-manager tools, and unlimited homes. Premium at $9/mo covers up to five homes with the Home Passport and scoped invites if your portfolio is small.

Does Domicile integrate with my MLS or CRM?

No. Domicile is the home record, not a transaction system, and there is no MLS or CRM integration today.

Who owns the home record — me or the homeowner?

The homeowner. You work inside homes you have been invited to, with the access they grant, and they can revoke it whenever they want.

Can a contractor see the vault codes?

Only if the owner grants that access. Secrets stay in the encrypted vault, revealing one requires a fresh identity check, and every reveal is audit-logged.

Do I have to set up every home myself?

No. Owners document their own homes, and you see what they share with you. On Pro you can also run homes you own or manage directly from the workspace.
