Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan covers one home with rooms, documents, maintenance, and the encrypted vault, and it never asks for a card.
What counts as a home?
One property. Free covers a single home, Premium covers up to five, and Pro is unlimited — which is what makes it the plan for portfolios.
Which plans include the Home Passport?
Premium and Pro. The Passport is the scoped, shareable summary you hand to a buyer, so it sits with the plans built around handing the house over.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account whenever the house demands it.
Is the encrypted vault really on the free plan?
It is. Gate codes, alarm codes, and Wi-Fi passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest on every plan, and revealing one takes a fresh identity check. To be clear about what that is not: the vault is not end-to-end encrypted, because Domicile holds the key.
Who is the Pro plan for?
Realtors and property managers. Pro adds the workspace where you track a portfolio of homes and see how complete each one’s Passport is.
